Experience

  1. June 2021 - Present

    Software Engineer II at Microsoft

    Redmond, WA

    • Led the separation of Microsoft Graph ARM Integration infrastructure into an independent, self-hosted platform by migrating pipelines, publishing workflows, and documentation into a dedicated repository, cutting cross-platform dependencies and accelerating engineering iteration for the team
    • Designed and implemented end-to-end CI/CD automation for Microsoft Graph Bicep type generation, validation, publishing, and testing, enabling scalable onboarding of new resource providers with pre-release validation
    • Architected major Microsoft Graph Bicep platform enhancements, including typed relationship modeling, improved OData type derivation, Agent Identity Blueprint support, polymorphic resource handling, and automatic type injection, while preserving full API compatibility
    • Reduced backend processing overhead and eliminated redundant Microsoft Graph lookups by introducing reusable abstractions and centralized type-resolution logic, improving platform efficiency and long-term maintainability
    • Served as on-call engineer for the Microsoft Graph service and Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Microsoft Graph Bicep, owning live-site health, incident response, and escalation resolution for customer-facing scenarios
    • Expanded Graph Logs with incident-routing, customer-escalation, and sovereign-cloud support features, improving operational visibility and reducing manual effort in incident triage and ownership routing
    • Led ownership transfer, modernization, and operational-readiness initiatives across Graph ARM and Graph Logs services, spanning synthetics migration planning, observability improvements, onboarding documentation, and incident-response processes
  2. May 2020 - May 2021

DevOps Engineer at Data Engineering and Predictive Analytics Laboratory

    Baltimore, MD

    • Cut data-segmentation processing time by 50% by developing a Python application that automated segmentation of API-sourced data in preparation for machine-learning models
    • Achieved 95% uptime for a cloud database by maintaining a CI/CD pipeline that autonomously consolidated social-media data on a daily basis
    • Disambiguated user identities and demonstrated a network graph of relationships between users with 90% accuracy
  3. Feb 2018 - Dec 2020

Research Assistant at Morgan State University · Johns Hopkins · U.S. Army DEVCOM

    Baltimore, MD

    • Co-authored a research paper on experimental evaluation of armor materials for the U.S. Army and presented findings to key Army stakeholders
    • Designed software in MATLAB and CAD to analyze and assess the performance of tested materials against predefined criteria
    • Developed a cross-platform mobile application backed by a MATLAB algorithm, expanding the analysis tool's functionality by 60%
